The State of Our Trails Report 2025
I worked with Trash Free Trails on the latest edition of their annual, one-of-a-kind report exploring the scale of single-use pollution on UK recreational trails. I designed the report’s visual language and all accompanying infographics, translating six years of volunteer-led data into a clear and engaging narrative.
The report brings together findings on the prevalence, composition and impacts of single-use pollution across UK recreational trails, while reflecting the scale and commitment of the volunteer community behind the data.
This special edition is the first to assign a financial value to EPR-eligible litter on trails, using design to support evidence-based advocacy and highlight the urgent need for funding and accountability to protect these landscapes.
